★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención telefónica, hable tres días seguidos para pedir cotización (nunca te pasan un correo para agilizar) y al cuarto día, me marca el vendedor disculpándose, pero ya pasaron otros dos días y mi cotización nada..... No pierdan su tiempo aquí.
Bad telephone service, talk three days in a row to request a quote (they never send you an email to expedite) and on the fourth day, the seller marks my apology, but another two days have passed and my quote is nothing ..... Do not waste your time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente defraudado con esta empresa, realmente es triste su forma de operación acudí a comprar una Lona el día martes y ellos quedaron que el jueves estaría y para darles tiempo acudí hasta el viernes el cual llegue y aún no estaba, lo cual pedí me la entregaran en mi domicilio y llevaron una lona que no pedí a si que llame a las 9:00 am 9:05, 9:10 y 9:15 el cual me dice el vigilante nosotros trabajamos a las 9:00 pero los de la oficina siempre llegan tarde a si que llame después de las 9:20 cuando su horario es de 9:00 am bueno eso no fue todo al acudir para pedir una explicación el por qué me estaba dando una lona que yo jamás pedí me dijeron que por qué la que yo quería no había a si que pedí mi dinero de regreso el cual no pudieron regresarlo ya que debo de mandar un correo pidiendo me hagan el favor de regresarme mi dinero ya que me querían vender algo que jamás pedí
Really disappointed with this company, its way of operation is really sad I went to buy a Canvas on Tuesday and they agreed that it would be on Thursday and to give them time I went until Friday which arrives and it was not yet, which I asked to be delivered at my home and they carried a tarp that I did not ask to call at 9:00 a.m. 9:05 a.m., 9:10 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. which the security guard tells me we work at 9:00 a.m. but those in the office always they are late if I call after 9:20 when their hours are 9:00 am well that was not all when I went to ask for an explanation why he was giving me a tarp that I never asked for they told me why the that I wanted there was no if I asked for my money back which they could not return since I must send an email asking me to do me the favor of returning my money since they wanted to sell me something that I never asked for

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espere dos dias para datos bancarios jamas los pasaron me comunique de nuevo y me pasaron con un señor llamado Michel me paso su whats pero no me aparecía visible le pedi si me podia agregar para que me mandara los datos bancarios y dijo que ya tenía lleno el guardar números cosa que se me hace pues ilogico llamo para que me den solución le coment a la recepción y me cuelga llamo a los minutos en 3 veces y jamas me respondieron, de verdad si eso es para poser hacer un pago y viendolo otras opiniones creo que el servicio no es bueno, ojala mejores porque asi parece que a uno le regalan las cosas
I waited two days for bank details they were never passed, I contacted me again and they passed me to a man named Michel, he gave me his whats but it was not visible to me, I asked him if he could add me so that he could send me the bank details and he said that he had already filled out the save numbers, something that is done to me so illogical I call for a solution I commented to the reception and he hangs up I call the minutes in 3 times and they never answered me, really if that is to make a payment and seeing other opinions I think that the service is not good, hopefully better because that way it seems that you get things as gifts
