Mi padre es cliente de Rubens de hace 15 años, les llevo una lona que se desgarró, les hemos probado que ellos son los responsables porque vendieron el producto equivocado para la aplicación de camión que se requería, adicional a esto, el producto no tiene la marca de agua de fortoflex, por lo que asumimos que nos dieron un producto que no era de esa marca; el trato ha sido muy malo, el gerente de ventas no ha querido dar la cara y solo traen a vueltas a mi padre. Es increíble que una empresa que lleva 30 años en el mercado y que en su página dice que garantiza totalmente la satisfacción de sus productos, no se haga responsable y brinde un servicio y trato a sus clientes asiduos tan pobre.
WATCH OUT! My father has been a client of Rubens for 15 years, I brought them a tarp that was torn, we have proven to them that they are responsible because they sold the wrong product for the truck application that was required, in addition to this, the product does not have the fortoflex water brand, so we assume that we were given a product that was not from that brand; the deal has been very bad, the sales manager has not wanted to show his face and they only bring my father around. It is incredible that a company that has been in the market for 30 years and that on its page says that it fully guarantees the satisfaction of its products, does not take responsibility and provides such poor service and treatment to its regular customers.
