Me realizaron una cotización sobre especificaciones que yo les solicité. Después de la instalación, pedí que me volvieran a realizar el trabajo porque no habían respetado una sola de las características que les solicité . Me terminaron cobrando mucho más arriba de la cotización que me habían realizado , todo por errores que ellos cometieron al instalar .
Además , de impuntuales e incumplidos.
Acordamos una hora y no solo llegaban 1 a 2 horas tarde , hubo una ocasión en la que no llegaron . Y terminan bloqueado te en el teléfono para no dar la cara.
POOR SERVICE, DO NOT USE IT AS A SUPPLIER!
They made me a quote on specifications that I requested. After the installation, I asked that they do the work again because they had not respected a single of the characteristics that I requested. They ended up charging me much higher than the quote they had made me, all due to mistakes they made when installing.
In addition, unpunctual and unfulfilled.
We agreed on a time and not only were they 1 to 2 hours late, there was an occasion when they did not arrive. And they end up locked you on the phone so as not to show up.
