Yo solicité un día antes mi lona porque iba de una población a una hora de la ciudad de chihuahua. Quería la lona para un evento. Fui a la hora que me indicaron y ya estaba cerrado, no me dieron la lona, ni me regresaron el dinero y muchas veces se los solicité pero siempre me decían que ya me iban a depositar. Total que yo quedé muy mal en el evento porque no me tuvieron la lona. Ni siquiera consideraron que yo no vivía en Chihuahua, sino que iba de una población a 80 kms. de ahi. I do not recommend them at all. They gave me a terrible service, they did not give me the requested canvas or the payment they returned to me. Very informal. I requested my tarp the day before because I was going from a town an hour from the city of Chihuahua. I wanted the tarp for an event. I went at the time they indicated and it was already closed, they did not give me the canvas, nor did they return the money and many times I requested them but they always told me that they were going to deposit me. Total that I was very bad in the event because they did not have the canvas. They did not even consider that I did not live in Chihuahua, but that I was going from a town 80 km. from there.
V	Velia Guzman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNA TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA, UNA FALTA DE PROFESIONALISMO INCREÍBLE, SE SUPONE QUE SE LLAMAN LONAS URGENTES POR UNA RAZON, EL DÍA DE HOY PEDÍ UNA LONA PARA UN FUNERAL Y ME DIJERON QUE EN 2 HORAS ESTABA, HICE EL PAGO MEDIANTE DE TRANSFERENCIA, ENVIÉ LA FOTOGRAFÍA, 3 HORAS Y MEDIA ANTES DE IR A RECOGERLA, VOY POR ELLA Y RESULTA QUE NI SIQUIERA LA HAN IMPRESO Y EL EMPLEADO SE LIMITA A DECIR QUE EL NO SABE NADA Y QUE CUANDO LLEGUE EL DUEÑO LA IMPRIMIRÁN, POR SUPUESTO QUE ESTAS PERSONAS NO TIENEN NI LA MENOR IDEA DE LA URGENCIA QUE REPRESENTABA LA LONA, DEBERÍAN DE CAMBIARLE EL NOMBRE AL NEGOCIO Y DE TOMAR MÁS EN SERIO A SUS CLIENTES Y SOBRE TODO APRENDER UN POCO DE RESPONSABILIDAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, A LACK OF INCREDIBLE PROFESSIONALISM, IS ASSUMED THAT THEY ARE CALLED URGENT CANVAS FOR A REASON, TODAY I ASKED FOR A CANVAS FOR A FUNERAL AND I WAS TOLD THAT IN 2 HOURS I WAS, I MADE THE PAYMENT BY TRANSFEROG, I SENT THE PAYMENT , 3 HOURS AND A HALF BEFORE GOING TO COLLECT IT, I GO THROUGH IT AND IT RESULTS THAT NOT EVEN HAS BEEN PRINTED AND THE EMPLOYEE IS LIMITED TO SAYING THAT HE DOES NOT KNOW ANYTHING AND THAT WHEN THE OWNER ARRIVES THEY WILL PRINT IT, OF course THESE PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE NEITHER THE LOWEST IDEA OF THE URGENCY THAT REPRESENTED THE CANVAS, SHOULD CHANGE THE NAME TO THE BUSINESS AND TO TAKE MORE SERIOUSLY TO ITS CUSTOMERS AND ABOVE ALL LEARN A LITTLE RESPONSIBILITY
