I like the area! Very expensive for the services it offers; The bathrooms are dirty and neglected. It does not give a good image for tourism around the place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy cerca del Paseo de Montejo, con gran parte de los principales platillos tipicos de la región. Abierto todo el día, puedes llegar por la mañana para iniciar el día con un desayuno o por la tarde noche para cenar tranquilamente.
Very close to Paseo de Montejo, with much of the main typical dishes of the region. Open all day, you can arrive in the morning to start the day with breakfast or in the evening to have a quiet dinner.

Un lugar casual y sencillo para comer platillos típicos yucatecos.
Dentro del parque santana, entre varios locales, es uno mas, pues la mayoría venden los mismo y todos son buenos.
Pedí relleno negro, mi platillo favorito.
Para llevar por la pandemia.
No estaba caliente, que para mi es muy importante, pero el sabor, costo y cantidad, es bueno.
Los recomiendo con 4 estrellas

A casual and simple place to eat typical Yucatecan dishes.
Within the Santana Park, among several stores, it is one more, since most sell the same and all are good.
I ordered black stuffing, my favorite dish.
To carry for the pandemic.
It wasn't hot, which is very important to me, but the taste, cost and quantity are good.
I recommend them with 4 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos Salbutes de cochinita, pavo horneado y poc chuc, la masa del salbute con buen sabor y ligeramente crujiente, la cochinita de bien condimentada y elaborada, el poc Chuc me hubiera gustado sentir el sabor a carbón. Su sopa de lima bien sazonada, deliciosa.
We ordered Salbutes de cochinita, baked turkey and poc chuc, the mass of the salbute with good flavor and slightly crunchy, the well-seasoned and elaborated cochinita, the poc Chuc I would have liked to feel the taste of charcoal. Their well seasoned lime soup, delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are many loncherias at this square with almost copy- paste offer. I've eaten at all of them but Castillo was by far the best. They are also doing great vegetarian options of the meals if you ask them! The waiter was nice and polite and not pushy like at the neighbour places. Panuchos and natural jugos (piña-caya) are just jummy there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience and awesome food. I get a kick out of the waiters friendly competition to get each patron to their seating area - pure entertainment. Seems like no matter where we sit, we get the same food and drink menu.
We've eaten here for dinner multiple times and I honestly can't get enough of their Cochinita...Cochinita Pibil, Torta de Cochinita...oh my SO Flavorful! Meals are well priced. Right now the Cochinita Pibil is $120 and a Torta is $35. So worth it...we walk about a mile to eat here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tacos and other foods were heated in a microwave. Meat cochinita was cold or lukewarm. The only good thing was orange juice. I don't think locals eat at any of the places here. Avoid this and also neighboring restaurants, if you're looking for authentic Mexican food.
