Originalmente eran machetes pero van disminuyendo el tamaño y aumentando el precio de manera que siga siendo accesible para el cliente. Puedes acompañarlos con cebolla encurtida y ensalada de nopales. El domingo hacen una excelente arrechera además de bisteces chorizo y pollo todo al carbón, los precios son altos para el contexto pero son justos por la calidad de la carne y el sabor.
From Monday to Saturday you can find quesadillas of different stews. Originally they were machetes but they are decreasing the size and increasing the price so that it remains accessible to the customer. You can accompany them with pickled onion and cactus salad. On Sunday they make an excellent arrechera as well as chorizo steaks and chicken all over charcoal, the prices are high for the context but they are fair for the quality of the meat and the flavor.
