★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These burgers are made in the style of how the local menonitos(Mennonites) make them. It's a wide burger patty way wider then the whopper. And it has a THICK slice of what's menonitos call ham? It taste alot more like salami it's hard to explain. Instead of cheddar they use a thick slice of homemade Mennonite cheese(best part of the burger). So they got everything down. Bad part is and this is no one's fault. But the freaking Mexican ketchup is so damn runny is made my buns to soggy to keep it all together and because the meats were so wide I needed the bread!!! It's not like the U. S. where the BURGER is 80% bun lol. I couldn't finish the burger it was huge I had to give it to my man, I took the "ham" part out half way so I could finish it lol. But too big is way better then to small. Plus it's only $4 if you get the meal. Amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food and the staff is very friendly, this was on Día del Niño, and the staff was giving out candy to the kids, they have a variety of cheese that the Menoniten make in the colony, as well as Sausage, homemade butter, bread and cookies, totally recommend for anyone who doesn’t know the place already
