★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situado en la calle de Echávarri, en el antiguo barrio de las pulquerías, es un lugar tradicional para "curarse la cruda" o simplemente para almorzar sabroso, la exquisita variedad de guisados que ofrece incluye la famosa pancita, la pata, la carne de puerco en salsa verde y el pollo en hongo, entre otras caldosas suculencias.
Siempre es atendido con una sonrisa de las propietarias y las empleadas, y a cada comensal se le ofrece botana de queso, aguacate, chicharrón y quesadillas de queso fresco.
Las bebidas son notables, la más famosa es la "jarra", que los asiduos llaman cariñosamente "la teporocha", pero también se ofrecen café de olla, tecito de hojas, aguas frescas, cerveza y café, o se puede pedir un pulque blanco o curado de las pulcatas que se encuentran en el mismo edificio.
Es una experiencia inmejorable asistir a almorzar o comer.
 Located in the street of Echávarri, in the old quarter of the pulquerías, it is a traditional place to "cure the raw" or simply for tasty lunch, the exquisite variety of stews offered includes the famous tummy, the leg, the pork in green sauce and chicken in mushroom, among other succulent broths.
It is always attended with a smile from the owners and employees, and each guest is offered a snack of cheese, avocado, pork rinds and fresh cheese quesadillas.
The drinks are remarkable, the most famous is the "carafe", which regulars affectionately call "la teporocha", but they also offer pot coffee, tecido de hojas, aguas frescas, beer and coffee, or you can order a white pulque or cured of the pulcatas that are in the same building.
It is an unbeatable experience to have lunch or eat.
