★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo tenía espectativas altas del trabajo de Alma sin embargo le pedí un corte no tan difícil y me lo dejo fatal me tuzo el cabello horrible está mal cortado sin cuidado nunca en mi vida me habían echó un corte tan horripilante, salí de ahí con lágrimas en los ojos PQ me arruino mi imagen y cabello.

I had high expectations of Alma's work, however I asked for a cut that was not so difficult and it left me terrible. My hair was horrible. It is badly cut without care. Never in my life had they given me such a horrible cut. I left there with tears in my eyes. PQ eyes ruined my image and hair.
