★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una lastima que tengan buena fama por que la doctora no sirve ni como medico veterinario y menos sabe admitir que ha cometido un error en el diagnostico de un paciente. Tuve la mala experiencia de acudir a su clínica otro medico veterinario zootecnista fue quien diagnostico correctamente a mi mascota, definitivamente no recomiendo su servicio.

Mal trato al cliente.
Aunque siempre tardan más de lo normal y no cumplen con el horario, me habían dado un buen trato pero hoy de plano me trataron muy mal.
Llegué a la hora de la cita y me dijeron que iban a tener enjaulado a mi perro 2 horas porque tenían mucho trabajo. Me ofrecí a llevarlo después (fuera del horario de mi cita) para que no se estresara y me dijeron que entonces iban a meter primero a los perros que fueran llegando, que yo no era su único cliente y que si quería que lo metieran a la hora que hice la cita, que lo llevara primero que nadie.
Si no van a respetar la hora de la cita pues que digan desde un principio que los atienden como van llegando y no den hora y cita. Pero que te traten de forma déspota y grosera es imperdonable.

I offered to take him later (outside my appointment time) so he wouldn't get stressed and they told me that then they would put the dogs in first, that I wasn't their only client and that if I wanted them to put him in the time I made the appointment, to take it first than anyone else.
If they are not going to respect the time of the appointment, then say from the beginning that they are attended to as they arrive and do not give the time and appointment. But being treated in a despotic and rude way is inexcusable.
