About Loose Blues
Loose Blues is a vintage-inspired concept shop for both men and women located in Mexico City. Since 2013, we have been proud to offer timelessly designed garments of the highest quality from Japan, the US, and Mexico, made to last forever. Our brands for men have elements of tattoo, motorcycle, and vintage cultures. For women, the selection is inspired by a tomboyish style mixed with a touch of elegance and femininity. We also sell select antiques, vinyl records, artwork from renowned local and international artists, and interior design products. In our Restaurant (above the store), we serve a delicious fusion Japanese and Mexican cuisines. It is a relaxed and comfortable space for all, paired with a great selection of jazz, blues, and funk music. Friday Izakaya Nights, DJ’s, tattoo events, and art shows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is covid paranoic, he won’t let you touch anything, wants to spray you with chemicals to let you in the store and asked us multiple times to wash our hands with gel. Very disgusting experience, spend your money somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, I loved to go through the store to find the restaurant. I had the French toast with berries and it was amazing, also got a fresh glass of grapefruit juice and coffee. Good music on the background and nice and calm atmosphere, had a great time for brunch with my friend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great restaurant and cool shop. They need to update their opening hours though. I walked over from Roma on a Sunday, and it was closed, despite the info here saying it was open. Annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has amazing japanese fusion cuisine. It also features a great view of the fountain and circle below, local art, and a friendly staff. We came back a few times during our trip. Try the chilaquiles on sundays. The chicken katsu sandwich, salmon toast, and tuna burger are also excellent. The Iced coffee and Jamica soda are also amazing. Located above the clothing store. Go through the store and up the stairs at the back.
