★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta mañana estuve ahí con mi esposo, y había un cabello dentro de su taco, llamamos a la encargada y se llevó el plato. Esperamos un rato y no nos decían nada, llamamos al mesero para pedir la cuenta y el dijo que iba a hablar con la encargada, esperamos por mucho rato y no nos decían nada,
Luego vino la encarga y nos dijo que no debíamos nada pero con la PEOR ACTITUD, mirándonos mal y hablando de mala forma. Y lo mínimo que esperábamos era una disculpa y no la recibimos, solo recibimos mal trato. En general MAL SERVICIO, mal trato y lo peor y mas asqueroso un pelo en la comida. No lo recomiendo en absoluto la peor experiencia de comida en leon. Tal vez el dueño del sitio no sabe de lo que los empleados desprestigian el lugar!!

Then the manager came and told us that we owed nothing but with the WORST ATTITUDE, looking at us badly and speaking badly. And the least we expected was an apology and we didn't receive it, we just received bad treatment. In general BAD SERVICE, bad treatment and the worst and most disgusting a hair in the food. I do not recommend it at all the worst food experience in leon. Perhaps the owner of the site does not know what the employees bring the place into disrepute!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre lo he dicho, TIENEN PESIMO SERVICIO en sus aplicaciones y con el servicio para llevar, tanto en poner atención a lo que se les está pidiendo, como la atención de la persona que contesta el teléfono, tenía ya meses sin pedir por lo mismo, de hecho, se pidió por qué mi familia tenía antojo, cosa que me acaban de decir: NO VUELVAS A PEDIR NADA AHI.
La persona que atiende el teléfono me dice que ni siquiera tienen RAPI ...... seguramente todo fue en una realidad alterna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...buen estacionamiento, el lugar muy limpio, amplio y agradable, la atención del personal super-excelente, muy amables y de buen trato, atentos al comensal. La comida muy rica, tacos blandos mis favoritos, tacos dorados los favoritos de mi esposa, la especialidad de la casa se llama "volteado", es como lo que aquí en León llaman "Keka" o "Queka", es una tortilla con carne y queso a la plancha, algo como un "volcán" pero en suave. La salsa roja es de puro chile de árbol, bien picante pero muy rica y acompaña muy bien la comida. Las micheladas en León no terminan de gustarme y este es un punto bajo en todos los lugares de comida, aqui no es excepción, tarro templado y cerveza con hielo, a mi esposa le gustó la michelada, yo paso, no la recomiendo. El cilantro muy mal picado, parece troceado a mano. El consomé muy pequeño, deberían dar mas, y es que está muy rico y acompaña perfecto la comida. Posiblemente unas tortillas hechas a mano darían un toque "ultra" a este lugar. Muy recomendable.

I don't end up liking the micheladas in León and this is a low point in all food places, here is no exception, warm jar and iced beer, my wife liked the michelada, I pass, I don't recommend it. The cilantro is very badly chopped, it seems to be chopped by hand. The consommé is very small, they should give more, and it is very rich and goes perfectly with the food. Possibly some handmade tortillas would give this place an "ultra" touch. Highly recommended.
