We had groceries delivered to our Airbnb twice during our stay in Puerto Juarez (just outside of Cancún). The service is very easy to use, and our delivery guy, Patrick, was SO nice! He was very gracious when I accidentally entered the wrong arrival date ?, and he showed up at our Airbnb a day early. I felt so badly, but he was so kind and understanding, and he brought our groceries the next day, after our shuttle dropped us off. He was also patient and communicated very well through texting when our shuttle brought us later than we thought. He was always very friendly and gracious!!! ? And when I needed to add more to our second order after I placed it, they were super helpful! Their customer service is fabulous, and they made our trip so much easier, since we didn't have a vehicle.

Great service and communication. Axel was amazing, he got me my groceries before the storm so that I didn’t have to navigate the crazy supermarket. He is very nice and verified everything when substitutes were needed.

I love that they speak English and that they are communicative and had what I asked for. What I was highly disappointed is they gave me a timeframe and did not arrive on time. Last thing I wanna do on vacation is to be sitting and waiting for a delivery!

This service was recommended by my Airbnb host for grocery delivery while I was in Tulum. Adding items to my cart was really easy, and I was able to pay through PayPal. While the shopper was packing my groceries, he was messaging me on WhatsApp to confirm item substitutions, which was really helpful and considerate. My main issue was that the order was extremely late. Our delivery time was between 5-6pm and it did not arrive until 9:30pm. At that point, we weren't waiting around any longer, so the driver left it at our door. Later, I received an additional invoice for about $850 MXN, but the problem was that we had expensive items missing from our order. I tried to contact the delivery driver to see if he could return the items, and he admitted that he had them in his car, but he would not be able to deliver them. I reached out to customer support and they did cancel the additional invoice for $850 MXN, but there was still an additional refund needed, and I have yet to receive it, so that is disappointing. Overall, I think it was a valuable service, but I think the company needs to work on timing and delivery. People who are on vacation generally don't want to spend an entire evening waiting around for orders (since the service requires you are there for the delivery), and if the traffic is heavier, the company should account for that with the delivery times or be more clear in the communication with an ETA. EDIT: I have added two photos showing that the "what happened" details are incorrect. My messages with the driver show that our order was not delivered at 7:45pm but closer to 9:30pm. Also, I have added a photo showing that my order time was scheduled 5-6pm, and I did not request for it change it to after 6pm. I have received the refund via PayPal, so thank you for that.

(After a number of deliveries) These guys are simply impeccable. The order is always spot on, transparent & they work with you to your needs. You select an hour slot and they've been consistently there. I would recommend their service to anybody & as someone who speaks English, there is no worry there, they're fluent (if this applies to you). A shout out to AXEL, it seems like every time I step outside, he's coming to the door with the order! I expect great things for them in the future & will continue to use them 5/5

I used Loquesea for groceries and they are fantastic! Easy page to navigate, you can use your paypal and they are excellent at communicating. My delivery arrived on time and Roberto was very pleasant. I was delightfully surprised with the quality of the fresh fruit they picked for us. I will certainly use their services in the future. If you are in Playa del Carmen and can't/don't want to go our for some reason, give them a call!
