I was charged with an unauthorized charge for insurance that I did not purchase. there is no way to answer me and clarify the charge. Terrible service and smells a lot of fraud and access to information from people without their consent.

I find it ridiculous that it is SO DIFFICULT to communicate with them. I really cannot believe that there is not even a telephone line to communicate when one needs something.
