G	Grupo 313 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ya que la señorita que esta en la sucursal brisas, primero no tenia el smoking listo a la hora que dijo incluso siendo el mismo dia de el evento cuando no lo tubo listo un dia antes, tardamos cerca de una hora en que terminará de planchar y arreglar, la camisa era dos tallas más grande que la adecuada pero ella aseguró al separar el smoking que seria la adecuada, no incluye en la nota los $200 de la renta de los zapatos y en mi caso pedí tirantes desde un inicio en ves de faja y nunca mencionó que tendrían un costo extra de $100, pero claro te lo dice hasta el momento de recoger el smoking , en conclusión los smoking son de buena calidad pero un servicio cómo este y las irregularidades en las notas y costos extras dejan mucho que desear. j	juan l on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia al rentar un traje, quedaron de entregarlo después de las 3pm y pase a las 3:20 y apenas lo estaban planchando , así que espere unos 10 minutos y me lo entregaron mi error fue no revisarlo, pero como en otros lugares regularmente te toman las medidas y solo lo recoges esperando a que todo esté correcto , al siguiente antes de salir al evento saque la ropa del porta traje y mi sorpresa al ponerme el saco es que no estaban ajustadad las mangas ni estaba planchado, la bastilla súper marcada tuve que descoserle bien una manga que quedó a media ajustada. Al reclamarle a la persona que atendió y hacerle los comentarios, solo dijo que si estaba planchado y que si estaba ajustado de las mangas, cuando evidentemente estaba mal ajustado y arrugado. Al momento de entregarlo se le hicieron los comentarios a la chica y ella negó lo que todavía era evidente.
