★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me agendaron cita en un día que nadie se presento a trabajar. Después me reagendaron (15 días después) llevé el coche hace un mes y hasta la fecha no recibo noticias de para cuando estará lista la pieza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio por parte de la aseguradora gnp nos asignaron al taller mecánico resultó al sacar el vehículo sonaba la rotula se le comento y no se isieron responsables al llevar el carro a otro mecánico resultó que no le armaron todas las piezas y le faltaban bastantes tornillos traía piezas rotas y otras le faltaban así que no recomiendo para nada el servicio y si acuden es x que se quieren morir
Terrible service by the insurance company gnp they assigned us to the mechanic shop it turned out when they took the vehicle out the ball joint sounded I told him and they were not responsible when taking the car to another mechanic it turned out that they did not assemble all the parts and it was missing quite a few screws it had broken pieces and others were missing so I do not recommend the service at all and if they come it is because they want to die

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a parar ahí por parte de GNP,se tardaron un mes en entregar el coche y cuando me lo entregaron hicieron un mal trabajo.Te lo entregan ya casi cuando es hora del cierre por lo que se hace todo de manera apresurada.En mi caso hicieron un cambio del eje trasero y al ir rumbo a la casa se oía un ruido, lo lleve con un mecánico particular y resulta que no estaba bien fijado le faltaban tornillos, me dijeron que antes no tuve un accidente en el trayecto.Por favor no elijan este taller para realizar su reparación

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente tuve una mala experiencia. Me entregaron mi carro con un desperfecto el mismo día de la entrega y se deslindaron de la responsabilidad. Espero de verdad que mejoren sus niveles de calidad porque hay mucha gente en ese taller que se esfuerza realmente por dar un buen servicio. Y a quienes nos asignan ppr parte del seguro, necesitamos confiar. Hagamos un México mejor. Hagamos bien lo que nos toca.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience. They gave me my car with a damage the same day of delivery and they disclaimed responsibility. I really hope they improve their quality levels because there are a lot of people in that shop who really try hard to provide good service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, tardaron menos tiempo del estimado, el coche quedó bien, salvo una que otra grapa que le faltó al coche, y falta mejorar un poco la comunicación por medio de WhatsApp, ya que es lo más común hoy en día.

Llevamos nuestro auto ya que la aseguradora nos asignó este taller, en teoría debían cambiar uno de los ejes ya que estaba dañado y así lo hicieron.
Lamentablemente al momento de recoger el carro, se escuchaba un ruido muy extraño, como si una pieza grande estuviera mal puesta, así que se tuvo que llevar a otro taller para que nos dijeran que NO ESTABA ATORNILLADO.
Fuera de que se tardaron mucho tiempo, ni siquiera pudieron entregar bien el carro. Esta situación pudo habernos causado un accidente más grave. QUÉ IRRESPONSABLES, de verdad.
Terrible service.
We took our car since the insurance company assigned us this workshop, in theory they had to change one of the axles since it was damaged and they did so.
Unfortunately, when picking up the car, a very strange noise was heard, as if a large part had been misplaced, so it had to be taken to another workshop to be told that it WAS NOT SCREWED.
Other than that they took a long time, they couldn't even deliver the car properly. This situation could have caused us a more serious accident. HOW IRRESPONSIBLE, really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio. Desde que llegue a la evaluación de daños de mi coche, fue muy amable el señor Hector. Hicieron toda la reparación y cambio de piezas como lo indico mi ajustador. Cumplieron con el tiempo estimado que tardarían trabajando mi coche en el taller y lo mejor fue que me entregaron mi coche recién lavado y con aire en una llanta que me hacía falta. Muchas gracias!
Great service. From the moment I arrived to the damage assessment of my car, Mr. Hector was very kind. They did all the repair and replacement of parts as instructed by my adjuster. They met the estimated time it would take to work my car in the workshop and the best thing was that they delivered my car freshly washed and with air in a tire that I needed. Thank you very much!
