I ordered Huasteca enchiladas, the bad thing was that they gave me pure skin, at least they would have changed my plate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí unas enchiladas huastecas con cecina pero la cecina era más pellejo que carne, ni se podía cortar. El agua de Jamaica estaba muy diluida, no se sentía del día. Lo que me gustó es que sirvieran en platos de barro.
I ordered some Huasteca enchiladas with jerky but the jerky was more skin than meat, and it couldn't be cut. The Jamaica water was very diluted, it did not feel like the day. What I liked is that they were served in clay plates.
