★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place that came recommended by family. The meats and dishes were flavorful and tasty, however I felt the portions were too small versus the prices. Servers were professional yet not overly courteous during our visit. Place was well managed for covid-19 with spaced seating. Atmosphere was fine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I ate there for the last night we were in Merida. I had the Relleno Negro, it was complex in taste, a bit spicy, a real delight. It was Sunday afternoon early dinner, but there was a good crowd. It was highly recommend, and I must say it was some of the best I had the pleasure to try.

Yesterday I went to Chaya maya, but los Almendros is MUCH MUCH BETTER than the other place.
Service was excellent too.
