Keeping our footprint and disturbance to a minimum. A place where the original owners; monkeys, foxes, jaguars, and others, own more than we do. Of every 5-acre lot, only 5% can be used by owner. The remaining 95% must remain natural and wild. Peace, safety and comfort for all inhabitants. True jungle living with all the comforts of modern civilization.
