★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención,le dan preferencia a otros clientes a mi parecer discriminan a la gente para atenderla,ponen pretextos para despachar como que ya lavaron las máquinas rebanadoras o básculas y no te surten,mal trato si van saben en qué plan se van a poner.

Soy un cliente regular, hoy acudí a la tienda y con pena observé que tienen un letrero que invita a los clientes a usar cubrebocas dentro de la tienda, pero el personal y hablo de un joven de sexo masculino que la semana anterior y hoy no portaba el cubrebocas de forma correcta, el problema fue cuando después de manosearse el cubrebocas tomó sin guantes el queso que estaba despachando, por lo cual le dije que ya no quería nada, las chicas que atienden el negocio son más cuidadosas con el manejo del cubrebocas, pero el personal que te atiende cobra y da cambio y no veo que se laven las manos ni se pongan gel antibacterial, de hecho no deberían manejar dinero, es delicado el manejo de alimentos en tiempos de pandemia, ojalá puedan corregir esos errores.

I am a regular customer, today I went to the store and with sadness I observed that they have a sign that invites customers to wear a face mask inside the store, but the staff and I am talking about a young male who the week before and today did not wear the mask correctly, the problem was when after handling the mask he took the cheese he was dispatching without gloves, for which I told him that I no longer wanted anything, the girls who attend the business are more careful with handling the mask, but the staff that attends you charge and give change and I don't see them washing their hands or putting on antibacterial gel, in fact they shouldn't handle money, handling food in times of pandemic is delicate, I hope they can correct those mistakes.
