★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El balneario es bonito, pero la atención y algunos aspectos de las instalaciones dejan que desear. Me refiero al cobro excesivo por una hora de alberca, cuando había un acuerdo previo. Es decir, comúnmente se cobran 60 pesos por una hora, pero hoy la encargada de la casa decidió subir el cobro a cien pesos, mientras que el precio de entrada por todo el día es de 120 pesos. Tal vez algunos los justifiquen por que se incrementa la demanda en Semana santa. Pero no deja de ser abusivo. Las instalaciones resienten cierta falta de mantenimiento: hay telarañas en las palapas y no funcionaron dos de tres regaderas.
The spa is nice, but the attention and some aspects of the facilities leave something to be desired. I mean the overcharge for an hour of pool, when there was a prior agreement. That is, they usually charge 60 pesos for one hour, but today the person in charge of the house decided to raise the charge to one hundred pesos, while the price of admission for the whole day is 120 pesos. Maybe some justify them by increasing the demand in Holy Week. But it does not stop being abusive. The facilities suffer some lack of maintenance: there are cobwebs in the palapas and two of three showers did not work.
