★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un hotel muy bonito, solo falla la televisión por cable, el aire acondicionado requiere de un control común para todas las habitaciones y el agua no está suficientemente caliente, la puerta de la regadera no cierra y se moja todo el piso.
 A very nice hotel, only the cable TV fails, the air conditioning requires a common control for all rooms and the water is not hot enough, the shower door does not close and the whole floor is wet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Y le pongo una estrella solo porque lo pide la aplicación, el hotel lo único bonito que tiene es el lobby. No se quien lo administra porque no se a dado cuenta que están desubicados, entiendo que el hotel es económico pero no lo eche de mejorar en todos los aspectos. Ponen música electrónica todo el día en la zona de la alberca, que además es muy pequeña, a todo volumen y se escucha en todas las habitaciones del hotel, pero para el colmo eles somos incumplen en su reglamento. Dices si reglamento de la alberca que el servicio de albercas es hasta las 11 de la noche, que ya se me hace una exageración, pero solo le bajan un poquito si ruido y lo dejan en ocasiones hasta después de las 12 de la madrugada. No hay congruencia como pones tu tus reglas y tú solo la incumples, no entiendo.
And I give it one star only because the application asks for it, the only nice thing about the hotel is the lobby. I don't know who manages it because they haven't realized that they are misplaced, I understand that the hotel is cheap but I didn't try to improve it in all aspects. They play electronic music all day in the pool area, which is also very small, at full volume and is heard in all the hotel rooms, but to top it all off, they do not comply with their regulations. You say if the pool regulations that the pool service is until 11 at night, which is already an exaggeration, but they only lower the noise a little and sometimes leave it until after 12 at dawn. There is no consistency as you put your rules and you just break it, I don't understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking into the hotel I thought I had picked the right place. Even walking to the room I was excited about the free WiFi, the pool, and the beautiful interior design on the halls and stairways, then we entered the room and I was immediately dissappinted. Having two beds was extremely crowded, there was a 1/4 portion of closet space, there was no hot water and there were only 3 channels on a 12" wall mounted screen. ? Instead of putting us in a upgraded room or even a different room, they allowed us to shower in a nearby room that was open until their technician was able to come fix the hot water issue. I was paying $900 pesos a night, found a much nicer Air-bee-n-bee ? for half the price so stayed there instead. I will not be going back to Los Arcos. ?

The rooms had a humid odor, the restrooms were dirty, the mattress was old and difficult to sleep on, the guy at the front desk barely said anything at both check-in and out. Oh and the AC units they have inside each room make a super loud noise the entire time they are on!!
