Worse drinks in my life, I paid all inclusive, food is good but drinks are very bad they are horrible, margaritas are disgusting and beers worse avoid it. I ended buying my own beer and wine

I absolutely love this hotel. The staff are courteous and helpful, the rooms kept clean. The pool is excellent and usually quiet. If I had more funds I would stay longer than a day or two.

The dodgy hotel staff charged me twice for a one night stay and refuse to correct the issue. Don’t stay here unless you’d like to be scammed.

Positive: Location Negative: Dirty, had odor in room, mildew on shower curtains, and stains on the sheets. Did not stay but charged for the first day.

Today is day number 4 of my stay, day number 2 my family and I were locked outta our room for over an hour after being out all day, due to a malfunction of the lock latch. I had to visit the main hotel across the street for assistance, as the front desk clerk kept insisting that we wait “just a minute” while she continued checking in guests. It took 5 staff members, a supervisor from their restaurant, and much confusion, before they decided to just change the lock so my family and I could gain entry into the room where all of our belongings were, and a restroom we all desperately needed to use after being out on a boat most of that day. Although it’s 3 of us staying here, they continue to bring 2 wash clothes, and when I request more, they say they’re sending someone, but they never show up. I had to use my hand to wash my body last night, like they do in movies. We were comped a “specialty” meal on Christmas evening from Martha the general manager, for the inconvenience of being locked out of our room, only to show up for our reservation and have the staff attempt to not honor the invoice receipt, which specifically stated how many ppl were to be accommodated. They literally called the manager on Christmas evening to verify what was in their faces, but they refused to call her the night we were locked out. GO FIGURE! The rooms are just ok. Everything is outdated, but the beds are comfortable. The location is great, the waiting staff, housekeepers, bellmen, and Titania (front desk clerk) are beyond amazing. Everyone else seems to be a bit incompetent. I would only stay here in the future if I had nowhere, and I mean nowhere else to stay. Please do better! Your guests deserve it.

Location, location, location. This hotel is great for people that like a quiet place on a side street but within a short block from the action, many restaurants (all good that we tried), shops, bars and the beach. This hotel seems to be most enjoyed by seniors and families. The pool is very enjoyable and surrounded with lush greenery. There was a little problem at check-in but Jacqueline, the concierge, got the problem solved immediately. She is great, as are the ladies at the front desk, Scarlet and Tatiana. All staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is older and the accomodations are comfortable but definitely not fancy. I wouldn't hesitate to return again, mostly for the quiet location and convenience.

Nice hotel, but very basic. Mostly Mexican families and not a lot of English-speaking staff. The staff was very patient with my bad Spanish! The pool is a great place to cool off because it's in the shade 100% of the day! "Los Arcos" seems to be a collection of 3 hotels. We stayed at the main one 3 years ago. It was part of a package tour, but we could have saved money by just booking it directly. They have a boutique hotel called "Casa Dona Susana" right across the street. We'll stay there next time!
