★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this shop in San Miguel de Allende and purchased some beautiful items. I didn't realize they had a shop in Oaxaca until I walked into it today. I was so disappointed in the two girls that were working in the shop. There were no smiles or welcoming us to shop in the store. I felt very uncomfortable looking at items as one girl followed behind me folding what I was looking at. Neither of the girls were helpful, I felt so uncomfortable that I left the shop. The girls were more interested in their cell phones than helping customers! It's too bad, the shop has some lovely pieces. I went back the following day and experienced the same thing, the girls were glued to their cell phone and were very unhappy working in the shop. I hope the owner of the shop reads these reviews because it's really a sorry situation.
