Good service although sometimes there is quite some wait to be seated. Downstairs area gets rather noisy

This franchise used to be lots better, this experience was for sure the last and they have lost me. I will be clear on it: 1. Staring with franchise image, they are not longer using all the material as brand logo napkins instead a cheap dark white ones. 2. They have dirty dishes, lipstick mark in a juice glass at the time we pointed it they just said people dish washing was responsible and they don't know (is it not a whole place with responsibility from waitress knowing their food is properly going to the table!!!) 3. We requested green sauce chilaquiles, at the time she brought them to table those were red sauce, as I pointed out the mistake she said "oh in kitchen they got confused, do you want to keep these?", of course NO, I requested green because I do not like red sauce, finally she got those for new ones. 4. I asked for sour cream since they forgot to put on the chilaquiles, at the time she brought the container was dirty from outside with something as dry bean, I just requested to take more careful at the time they do things. Manager didn't seem to know what's going on in place, at the time of paying at the cashier he asked if everything was OK, then after telling the mistakes he just told us the reasons why it is justified, since they have lots of work or backstage people is distracted or unhappy, that is not a reason for customer to get things wrong. Franchise has lot of work to do before planning to keep growing uncontrolled.
