β β β β β i live nearby. it is the best place for fresh seafood as the oysters and lobster are taken daily in the waters here. FRESH. Reasonable prices, friendly staff. Great view and swimmimg in Puerto Angelito. Guests predominately locals and Mexicsns on vacation. I guarantee!

β β β β β After taking a fishing charter, the captain recommended to try this place as they served good seafood. Went there in the afternoon and it was packed but was able to get a table pretty quick. Had the dozen oysters, shrimp cocktail and Jaiva. I actually saw an older gentleman walking out of the ocean onto the beach and into the restaurant with a large bag of oysters. I asked the waiter if those were our oysters and he said yes. You can say they that were fresh! The shrimp cocktail was completely full of shrimp. Excellent taste. We had the Jaiva cooked in butter and it was excellent as well. The food was really good and highly recommended ?

β β β β β Local spot on the beach. Had the "mariscada a la diabla" & "fried huachinanco al mojo de ajo". Good size servings and very tasty. It was crowded, but well worth it.

β β β β β It seems to be the best restaurant in the bay (just because the others look worse, but I didnβt try them, in fact). I had a delicious fish grilled with garlic and it was surprisingly cheap - a huge portion of a whole fish for 130 pesos. The only thing that bothered me were all the vendors from outside that kept invading the restaurant to offer their stuff. There was just too many of them and they bothered me while eating.

β β β β β Fresh ingredients, delicious recipes, and unbeatable prices. What more can you ask for from a seafood restaurant? While they do have several vendors coming around trying to sell you stuff, a simple "No gracias" is enough to get them to leave you to your meal. The taxi driver I asked for a seafood recommendation assured me that this is the best place to go to in all of Puerto Escondido and I have to admit he was correct! The healthy mix of locals and tourists also added to that authentic atmosphere that you just don't get at places that cater to just "gringos." Come and give it a try: you won't regret it!

β β β β β Visited this place several times during my visit to Puerto Escondido. Loved the local beach vibe while enjoying beautifully prepared and fresh seafood. Great service, well priced, and the beers are ice cold. Highly recommend.
