★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Guanajuato for about 2 months and Los Campos was our favourite spot for Mezcal. I learned more about mezcal during our tasting than I learned at any other place in Mexico (including Oaxaca). Near the end of our stay, their restaurant reopened and we went as often as we could. I highly recommend the burritos, since the mushroom one was my favorite. Their mezcal is artesanal and perfectly curated, with delicious mezcal coctails as well. Service was very personalized and attentive. I have already left Mexico, but would love to go back just for Los Campos!
