I had a great and very pleasant experience staying at los caracoles. Dave and Martha are very kind and friendly and made sure everything during my stayed exceeded my expectations.

Martha and David's B&B in Cancun is my home-away-from-home when in Cancun. The location is perfect for a person who likes to be always on the go due to its close proximity to ADO and colectivos plying different routes, even to far away places like Tulum or Merida. Not only that, this Cancun bed and breakfast is in a place surrounded by parks and greeneries that you always wake up to the sound of songbirds every morning because trees are everywhere. But my favorite part is breakfast wherein Martha or David will cook different Mexican desayuno everytime or ask you what you want so they can do it for you. Amazing hospitality. If you have no idea what you like to eat, Martha will prepare differently everyday until you discover what Mexican food you'll like. In my case, tamales and totopo are the best. I highly recommend Los Caracoles Bed & Breakfast in Cancun for those travelers like me who prefer to be immersed in a local setting rather than a tourist hotel. Their rate is very reasonable, their family will become like your family, the location is perfect and the breakfast is great! I will be coming back to Los Caracoles again during the winter and will stay longer next time. Thank you to Martha, David, Ricky and Danny for a wonderful Cancun experience.

Clean and good service but breakfast was ok and some days they would serve very late (past 9am). Room was supposed to have bathroom inside the room but it was shared. The day we came in they seem not ready for us even though we had a reservation. Overall we enjoyed it but there is room for improvement

Really love the cozy and pleasant place!! Martha and David are really nice to provide us with traditional breakfast and kinds of fruits! And waited for us for an hour outside of airport! Cheap and reasonable price with the best service they can provide(actually it is the best service I have ever experienced). And good location, walking distance to Downtown. Martha can also give you really great discounts for other services you want to get in Cancun, like bus tour to Cenote and Chichen Ttza or scuba diving. It's cheaper than what we've expected! And room is really comfortable. If you want to meet a real and local Cancun, this is the place you should definitely stay!

Rooms are OK with AC and fan, one shared bathroom, everything was in good / not perfect condition. Family was great and eager to talk and be helpful. Breakfast is Ok. Good place for sleep over, but don't expect too mutche, that is not hotel. Also owner came and pick us up at the airport, it was payable ofcourse.

Marta and David were great! I got tacos al pastor when Marta picked me up late at the airport and cochinita pibil for breakfast! Que bienvenida a México! Gracias!

Martha is the best host ever. We loved everything about her and this place. Central, close to ADO and everything. The place to stay in Cancun.
