★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy visite el restaurante "Caudillos" y mi experiencia fue muy agradable, de primera estancia tienen una zona al aire libre muy bonita donde la paz y tranquilad te acompañan perfecta para disfrutar de un libro, convivir con tu pareja o porque no solo disfrutar del día con la pequeña aparición de un animalito travieso (Un colibrí que estuvo rodando por encima de mi mesa ?✨?); por otra parte la atención del mesero Jorge fue impecable tratándome con todo respeto y amabilidad algo que un excepcional mesero posee, la comida muy rica, probé lo que fue una entrada de quesadillas con chorizo argentino y queso fundido muy ricas acompañadas de una salsa de servicio con un picor comestible y muy sabroso, continúe con el plato fuerte de "Arrachera al Gratin" y mis felicitaciones al Cheff, el corte en buenas proporciones y jugoso además, acompañe todo esto con una refrescante Jarra de Clericot suave y ligera como el mismo ambiente que te ofrece el restaurante y para terminar consumí un Pay de Queso muy rico (Que digo rico, exquisito muy sabroso, en verdad pruébalo)... Recomiendo mucho este restaurante.

Today I visited the restaurant "Caudillos" and my experience was very pleasant, for the first time they have a very beautiful outdoor area where peace and quiet accompany you, perfect to enjoy a book, live with your partner or why not just enjoy the day with the small appearance of a mischievous animal (A hummingbird that was rolling over my table ?✨?); On the other hand, the attention of the waiter Jorge was impeccable, treating me with all respect and kindness, something that an exceptional waiter possesses, the food was very rich, I tried what was a starter of quesadillas with Argentine chorizo and very rich melted cheese accompanied by a service sauce with an edible and very tasty spice, continue with the main course of "Arrachera al Gratin" and my congratulations to the Cheff, the cut in good proportions and juicy also, accompany all this with a refreshing Clericot Jar soft and light as the same environment that the restaurant offers you and to finish I consumed a very rich Cheese Pie (I say rich, exquisite, very tasty, really try it) ... I highly recommend this restaurant.

Los meseros no están al pendiente todo el tiempo, de repente se acercan cuando sigues comiendo; cuando terminas y deseas algo más, se desaparecen. Se les pide un platillo y no saben si hay o no. Les hace falta que alguien les diga qué hacer en lo que aprenden cómo atender. La comida muy rica y el lugar muy padre pero la atención no tan buena! Ojalá vuelva a ser el excelente lugar que era!

The waiters are not on the watch all the time, they suddenly come closer when you keep eating; When you finish and want something more, they disappear. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El restaurante es muy bonito y tanto la comida cómo las bebidas tienen un sabor muy rico. Los precios me parecieron razonables para las porciones qué sirven.
Únicamente podrían mejorar el servicio, pues una vez que te sirven la comida si necesitas algo adicional debes estar buscando a algún mesero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone at least four times in my whole life, at these occasions I have analyzed that in this place are so many pros but also cons that I would like to share.
Pros.
The servers are friendly, They recommend the diners the best plates or the more popular, also they are so polite too
In my opinion, I think that one of the best meat cuts and it has a lot of varieties of pasta (I sincerely like the bolognese spaghetti in this place)
It has a lot of varieties in dishes, you can order for one or for more people.
On your birthday the restaurant makes you a little celebration with dessert and this kind of stuff.
Cons.
One of the things that I really don't like is that sometimes there are a lot of people and the servers are messier because they can't be at two places at the same time.
