S	Sonia De Castillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hubiera gustado que en cada depa hubiera una especie de colchon adicional o algo asi, solo esta para dos parejas o doa personas solas y pues ibamos mas. El comedor no sé esta como demás, hubiera estado mejor mas sillas u otra cama, tuvimos visitas y no cupimos en ese comedorcito. Pero bueno esta muy bonito, muy recomendable. I would have liked that in each apartment there was a kind of additional mattress or something like that, it is only for two couples or two people alone and then we went more. I do not know how the dining room is, it would have been better more chairs or another bed, we had visitors and we did not fit in that little dining room. But hey, it's very nice, highly recommended.

Me confundí porque la información es engañosa. Fuimos más personas por las que se iba a pagar, pero la dueña más bien nos estaba vigilando. Por sacar mesas para comer en familia, ya que éramos muchos, nos acusó de mal uso del mueble. Se pagó por 5 personas en cabañas y solo con 3 mesas en una. Dejamos el lugar intacto, aunque sus sillas ya estaban flojas. I was disappointed because I thought we had a cabin and they sent us to a villa that was not made of wood. I got confused because the information is misleading. We were more people who were going to pay, but the owner was rather watching us. For taking out tables to eat as a family, since there were many of us, he accused us of misusing the furniture. It was paid for 5 people in cabins and only with 3 tables in one. We left the place intact, although their chairs were already loose.

F	Fernando Rea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia: los dueños fueron amables pero los encargados hicieron una fiesta con toda su familia y había niños que abrían nuestras ventanas y se asomaban, insistían aunque se les dijera que no. Música de la mencionada fiesta a volumen altísimo. Ya anocheciendo estaban ebrios y peleándose, uno de ellos tocó y quiso entrar a nuestra villa. Nunca volveré a ir a un lugar que no ofrece privacidad y mucho menos seguridad, estás a merced de estos empleados. Aparte no es nada barato. Very bad experience: the owners were friendly but the managers made a party with their whole family and there were children who opened our windows and looked out, they insisted even if we told them no. Music from the aforementioned party at very high volume. By nightfall they were drunk and fighting, one of them knocked and wanted to enter our village. I will never go to a place that does not offer privacy and much less security, you are at the mercy of these employees. Besides, it is not cheap at all.
J	Jesús Gonzalez Dorbecker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un complejo turístico donde uno puede descansar y relajarse en la naturaleza cerca del lago de zirahuen, tiene su entrada propia al lago y además las cabañas y villas me parecieron excelentes, muy cómodas, cálidas, cuidados del lugar excepcionales, los qué me recibieron estuvieron al pendiente de lo que se ofreciera y nos comentaron que para el siguiente año abrirían el restaurante ya qué se encuentra en remodelacion, yo no tuve ningún problema debido a que en mi cabaña contábamos con servicio de cocineta, las áreas y jardines están muy bien cuidadas, todos los artículos básicos estaban al llegar en el sitio, lo recomiendo ampliamente y seguramente regresaré pronto.... Cómodo, con los servicios indispensables para pasar unos días y relajarse jugando en la cancha o caminando por el pueblo. Un tema importante que pienso les hace falta,: tener un reglamento visible sobre los horarios de fogata y el ruido excesivo de algunos huéspedes que se les olvida la existencia de otras personas que no compartes sus horarios ni gustos musicales. Si, es un lugar que seguramente voy a volver y recomendar. Aceptan mascotas. Excellent attention from the managers, it is not a luxury place, the price ratio is acceptable.
