★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El desayuno mas exótico en mi vida, y solo eran unos chilaquiles amarillos con quesillo y un par de huevos rancheros pero bañados en una salsa de tomate, chile, ajo gusano de Magüey y chapulines, tuvimos que llamar al chef para felicitarlo, lo mas exquisito que puedas imaginar, un sabor sutil y desconocido hasta ese momento para mi. Chef Diego, Gracias!!
The most exotic breakfast in my life, and it was only a few yellow chilaquiles with cheese and a couple of Huevos Rancheros but bathed in a tomato sauce, chili, Magüey worm garlic and grasshoppers, we had to call the chef to congratulate him, the most exquisite that you can imagine, a subtle and unknown flavor until that moment for me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este restaurante esta dentro del hotel pero tiene acceso desde la calle, es una excelente opción, muy tranquilo y lejos del bullicio, el personal super amable, ten paciencia porque pueda tardar un poco pero en general el sabor es bastante bueno, en los desayunos encontrarás desde las opciones básicas de siempre hasta platillos qué traen un toque oaxaqueño.
This restaurant is inside the hotel but has access from the street, it is an excellent option, very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, the super friendly staff, be patient because it may take a while but in general the taste is quite good, in the breakfasts you will find from the usual basic options to dishes that bring an Oaxacan touch.
