tus papás cuando iban al rancho de tus Abuelitos?
En la mayoría de pueblitos de Jalisco se acostumbraba producir alimentos muy sabrosos provenientes de los animales de la granja. Por ejemplo, en San Miguel, eran legendarias Vacas como “La Abeja”, “La Nena” y “La Muñeca” que daban y daban muuucha leche para producir Panela, Jocoqui, Queso Fresco, Natas y Yogurt con la ordeña del día.
¡Además de los “pajaretes” con chocomil por supuesto!
De las Gallinas alimentadas con granos como el maíz, sorgo, trigo y avena, se obtenía huevo 100% nutritivo o se dejaba una parte para que crecieran pollitos cuando las gallinas “estaban culecas” esto quiere decir que estaban dispuestas a empollar durante semanas.
Pues estos mismitos alimentos e ingredientes los puedes probar hoy en día porque en Los Chilaquiles traemos diariamente productos que elaboramos en nuestra propia quesería en el merito San Miguel. También de allá traemos el Huevo de Rancho (que ahora le llaman “Orgánico” por cierto) y que puedes acompañar con tostadas de maíz raspadas de una por una de forma artesanal en metates de piedra y tomar un champurradito o chocolate caliente con pan recién horneado.

La dinámica de poder elegir los ingredientes de tus chilaquiles te permite armar tu platillo al gusto. Los platillos cuentan con el sazón típico de la región y el tamaño de una orden basta para satisfacer el apetito de cualquier adulto a un costó muy razonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena comida pero pésimo servicio de facturación, te tardan mucho, facturan con otra fecha y no te hacen correcciones cuando el error es de ellos mismos, al final ya ni te contestan.
Si necesitas comprobar viáticos No vayas a este lugar.
Good food but lousy billing service, they take a long time, they bill with another date and they don't make corrections when the error is theirs, in the end they don't even answer you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar que hace una par de cosas y lo saben hacer muy bien, preparan unos chilaquiles con sabor y calidad que no he encontrado otros que se le comparen, tienen buenos ingredientes, variedad y calidad.
Una vez que encuentras tu combinación de salsas perfecta, es difícil que puedas cambiar, por qué si, efectivamente, aquí sí se puede combinar salsas y tener tus chilaquiles personalizados, acompañados de un café de olla refill que complementan la experiencia para disfrutar el saber que estás buscando, el antojo que tienes y la experiencia que buscas.
Su gusto puede ser diferente al mío pero la opción de sabores, la calidad,la cantidad del platillo, el café aromático, la excelente atención y resolución de inconvenientes que puedan darse, hace que sea un lugar que vale la pena esperar, recomendar y consumir.
Sucursal Constitución y Carretera a San Pedro, me falta ir a Sucursal Gómez Palacio, pero no dudo será igual de bueno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don't know what chilaquiles are it is a mixture of salsa and tortilla chips usually served with eggs and oftentimes beans. This is a staple for breakfast in Mexico and oh my God this place does a great job at breakfast this is worth seeking out the flavor was wonderful and you can get it as spicy or as mild as you like
