★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente sazón y sabor. El menú es muy interesante por que los platillos que ofreces implican un largo tiempo de cocción en ahumador y por consecuencia no son plstos que pudieras hacer en casa en una carne asada tradicional.
Excellent seasoning and flavor. The menu is very interesting because the dishes you offer involve a long cooking time in a smoker and consequently they are not dishes that you could make at home in a traditional roast beef.
