Very good seasoning of their pozole, and their delicious flan dessert. I didn't have the opportunity to try their tacos, but the place and the service are very good. It's worth it.

Suuuuuuuuupet yummy, we tried the pozole, pig trotters and tacos. The pineapple and mint water is very tasty and not to mention the corn pie. The place is very accessible and nice. In addition, the price is reasonable, it is worth it.

The place itself is nice, they have their Photo opportunity with a neon sign and everything, the design is very nice and they serve very well both on site and via WhatsApp. Unfortunately the cymbals don't reflect that same level. I hope to be an exception and that that day something was different from the rest of the services but: ? Although the pozole was well cooked and without excessive cumin (thank you because it is one of the few places in OAX that is moderated with that seasoning) it did not have salt, it tasted as if the corn had been cooked separately from the meat, from which the dish it had only a hint. ? The cochinita was sweet with a hint of bitterness at the end of the bite, missing that peculiar taste of sour orange and a little white vinegar. The taco was vast but the tortilla did not resist and half-eaten it fell apart softened. ? The pastor was at the level, it was the flavor you expect outside of CDMX. In general it fulfilled a good portion of meat. ?The biushes are not such, they were just pieces of roasted carnitas on the outside but without that part of pork rinds that gives it a delicious touch. Here the portion failed them as it was very small. ?Taco prices are excessive for flavor and portions. The cost of the high pozole taking into account the flavor and the amount of meat. Personally, it seems to me like a tourist trap like there are many in OAX and I fell for it. Very friendly staff and that is to be applauded. I repeat, I hope I have been the exception and that everyone who has gone there has had a better experience than mine or that they have at least enjoyed their dishes as they are served and prepared.
