★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our new favorite place. Hats off to the chef for his large menu and elite execution. Fresh ingredients that doesn’t skimp on flavor or amount of fish being served. Yum. Can’t wait to go back... which we plan to do tomorrow ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this place in 2021 and it has been my go to spot in Playa for ceviche and cocktail ever since. I absolutely love their shrimp ceviche(cooked shrimp over the raw, but the raw is still good) and their shrimp cocktail with clamato. Larges of both are $10 each. Their complimentary chips are really good and unlimited. Great location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not understanding the hype about this place. The service was bad even tho I was the only one there. I asked for the grilled octopus I saw in many reviews and instead he brought me a ceviche tosada that was bland. I asked multiple times for a lime for my corona and didn’t get it. The ceviche was good but I could tell that some of the seafood had not been soaked long enough in the lime juice and it made me feel uncomfortable eating it. All plates tables and chairs were plastic it has a very cheap vibe. I would say don’t go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We tried a place new to us today and the whole experience was great. I read the fish taco is great. It is. Then had smoked marlin tacos and spicy shrimp. Both amazing. The best seafood we’ve had in months and months. And Antonio, our server, was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, attentive. Clean restrooms. We highly recommend! I included photos in the open air kitchen because the food was so excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is an absolute gem. You will have the best food and the best drinks here. We first were greeted by Antonio who spoke excellent English and was so sweet. I ordered a margarita and I’m not exaggerating when I say this was the best margarita I have ever had in my life, so I ordered two more ? We also ordered the mixed ceviche (delicious, flavorful, fresh, spicy in a good way) and the grilled octopus. I’ve never had octopus but it was incredibly flavorful and so tender and luxurious to eat, will definitely be craving that after we leave! The price was unbeatable for the amount of food, quality, and service you get. Cannot wait to go back to this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/25 update: we went to eat in person and the food was still delicious. We got octopus tacos that were lightly fried, plus battered fish tacos that were light and crispy. Would highly recommend both. The servers were also attentive the entire time and super friendly. They clearly took pride in their food and for good reason.
5/22 Got tuna ceviche, shrimp tacos, and quesadillas delivered from here on our first night in Playa and everything was fresh and DELICIOUS. Containers with liquid were well-sealed with tape. Definitely planning to go visit the restaurant in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So after 5 months of living in Playa I have found my fish taco shop. Most places have the classic Pulpa, Camaron and Pescado tacos with some Pico de Gallo.
Here you have the classics with a wonderful twist. When you come you can get the Gobernado , a specialty shrimp taco that takes the Pico de Gallo to a new level with a melted cheese within the taco that builds a masterpiece of taco supremacy. The same goes for the Quesadilla de Merma.
These 'cheese' tacos are signature of this place. That is not to say that their classics are any less beautiful in their taste and pallet. If you have a chance, come and delight your taste buds and open your taco horizon within PDC.
