★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some time before the shelter-in-place I emailed and made a reservation to attend the school. I emailed the proprietor to confirm before leaving for Merida and never heard back, so I went by the day before and the owner of the house said the Chef Canul was out of town with his brother and there was no class! He called the chef and assured me that the chef would call me to apologize himself but that never happened. VERY bad customer relations; I would not recommend. This was the thing I was most looking forward to doing in Merida and was sad and disappointed. A complete brush off!
