★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regular al igual que todas las sucursales a las que asistido. El servicio es lento y los meseros no prestan atención a anotar correctamente los pedidos. La comida bien en general. La música, cuando hay, es demasiado estridente, deben moderar el volumen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medio el servicio de los meseros nada atentos, la música en vivo muy fuerte y aguda, no puedes platicar, los cortes no los entregaron en el término correcto y muy pálidos, ni siquiera sellado, pedí un rib eye y era todo menos ese corte con muchos huesos (chuleta), las cebollas no estaban caramelizadas, estaban crudas, el platillo “equipales kids” se tardaron mucho en entregarlo, no tenían pasta y ofrecieron más papas a la francesa y sobre cocieron (quemaron) los nuggets, nos los cambiaron pero no nos dieron el agua que incluye el platillo infantil hasta que la pedimos junto con la cuenta, pero aún así la comida no me gustó, recomendación: capaciten a su personal de cocina.
