Auque hay condominios que están descuidados y sucios hay otros muy limpios y hasta cuentan con camaras de seguridad
Hay mucho transporte y pasan varias rutas cada 5 o 10 minutos que te llevan hasta la Alameda

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen muy bonitos condominios, la mayoría cerrados en su totalidad y muy seguros, pero esto es arruinado por la delincuencia, baches, inseguridad, vandalismo, perros callejeros por montón, varios establos cerca, moscas al por mayor por doquier. ¿Que pasa aquí? Tiene mucho potencial esta zona para que la tengan tan mal. Y dicen que los policías de este lugar no sirven más que para robar a los mismos habitantes.
They have very nice condos, most of them fully enclosed and very secure, but this is spoiled by crime, potholes, insecurity, vandalism, stray dogs aplenty, several stables nearby, wholesale flies everywhere. What's happening here? This area has a lot of potential to have it so bad. And they say that the police of this place do not serve more than to rob the same inhabitants.

Sin embargo, su ubicación es muy alejada de la zona céntrica de la ciudad, a pesar de que sí hay una ruta hacia el centro, sólo si tienes automóvil podrás trasladarte con facilidad.
