★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia en todos los aspectos, tardaron demasiado en llevar la comida, una sola mesera para 20 meses, no es posible, los chilaquiles con olor y sabor a humedad y se les reclamó e hicieron caso omiso y los cobraron normal, hasta la terminal de cobro les falla, lastima, era un buen lugar. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA
 Terrible experience in all aspects, they took too long to bring the food, a single waitress for 20 months, it is not possible, the chilaquiles with a musty smell and taste and they were complained about and they ignored them and charged them normally, until the terminal of collection fails them, pity, it was a good place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, fuimos un sábado por la mañana, sólo había una mesera para todas las mesas y sólo una cocinera y el lugar más o menos lleno, así que nos toco esperar baatante por los platillos y ya que estaban servidos, ponían 3 tortillas para 5 personas, tocaba esperar bastante por tortillas.
Y lo peor los chilaquiles de un platillo salieron muuuuyyyy malos, con olor y sabor a humedad que en verdad daba asco de sólo olerlo, le comentamos a la mesera y a la cocinera y no hicieron nada!! Y para cólmo nos lo cobraron, algo que era imposible de Comer.
No lo recomiendo para nada!! Para que no pasen un mal rato y sobre todo un mal sabor de boca.!!
Very bad experience, we went on a Saturday morning, there was only one waitress for all the tables and only one cook and the place was more or less full, so we had to wait a lot for the dishes and once they were served, they put 3 tortillas for 5 people, it was time to wait a long time for tortillas.
And the worst thing was that the chilaquiles in a dish came out sooooo bad, with a musty smell and taste that was really disgusting just smelling it, we told the waitress and the cook and they did nothing! And for how they charged us, something that was impossible to eat.
I do not recommend it at all!! So they don't have a bad time and above all a bad taste in the mouth.!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places in Guadalajara to eat fine Mexican Cuisine and it's located in the nicest part of the city.
Service is good, but don't go when you're already very hungry because it generally takes a while for your dish to arrive.
I recommend the Pollo Itacates and Chiles En Nogada, when in the season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Chile en nogada. It was a very different dish I tried. Personally the concept of a mix of potatoes and pork meat, which is spicy, stuffed in a Chile and dressed with a sweet nutty sauce is out of my imagination. I liked the texture and the presentation of the dish.
