Terrible service, the waiter was shaking a lot and therefore my dish arrived undone and when I tried my dish it was too spicy, I couldn't eat it or enjoy it

The flavor is good but the service is slow. If you are hungry you have to be patient because it will surely take time to serve you. But in the end it's worth it for the taste.

The food is very tasty, but sometimes they have problems with the service, the waiters are very friendly, but it takes a while for the food to arrive, it would be appreciated if they at least let you know if your order is going to take longer than usual to come out

Now I didn't go to the south branch because every time I go the waiters make balls, although some are friendly, they take too long. Because of that experience, I now went to the downtown branch and blessed misfortune 05/15/2022 I was on hold for an hour and a half, for something good? Nope To begin with, even for the water it took at least 45 minutes to deliver it. When serving the appetizers, (shrimp tostadas) they brought them to me with aguachile, we made the clarification to the waiter, he told us that he was going to check and take them to him, when he brought them again (15 minutes later) it was the same, and he said That's how it was served. Clearly they were not like that, we got upset but shortly after the dishes began to arrive. The breaded ones were raw. The lettuce full of dirt, where they didn't even try to wash it. The salty rice. Rewashed plastic cutlery. To finish, the waiter ended up blaming the kitchen, basically showing his face because there were only two waiters. In the end, there was still a problem in the terminal, because the tip is automatically charged, luckily it was corrected. lousy place to eat

My experience in this place was going to be 4 stars, the good details are that the food is delicious, the waiting time is 10 to 15 minutes after placing your order, the prices are very affordable. The part that is not good is the service of the waiters because although they are very kind to assist you in case of not finding the waiter who served you and you get to ask someone else for something, they tell you that they cannot serve you because they did not touch that table that you wait for the assigned person, which is understood to a certain extent but the way to answer you is somewhat rude. The photo that I leave you and for which I opted for this rating is that in the end, when we were finishing our drinks, cockroaches began to come out, which is super unpleasant for a food business .....
