Best Restaurant in Mexico

J	Jason Boggs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely our worst meal on the whole trip. They were clearly short staffed or had management issues. We had 6 adults at one table, with 6 kids at the adjacent table. The kids ordered and were served their food before the adults’ orders were taken. We were asked about drinks 10 minutes after we ordered. The kids were done eating before our appetizers were finished. And the food wasn’t that tasty anyhow
M	Mike G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As far as looks, the restaurant looks gorgeous and stylish. And for the cons: We waited almost two hours until meals arrived. The waiter missed to get orders from all people at the table. It took 10-15 min to simply get some water in our glasses. Our table had missing silverware, which took them multiple times of asking and reminding before they brought it. The manager did not come up and apologize for the poor service. When the food arrived, it was bland, looked like it was standing in the warmer, and tasteless. The mashed potatoes felt like they were out of a box, asparagus had no spices, and looked un-edible. Each person at our table was unhappy with the food. Guests at tables around us, who came later, had gotten their food before we did. It felt like we were ignored. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

Served my kids a very very small portion ( their dinner) during our salad course, expection 3 young boys to sit patiently through an entire dinner service??? My T-bone was so over-cooked but not surprising since it was 1cm thick. Forgot about half of our order. Didn’t give me a second drink even after 2 additional requests for another. Restaurant wasn’t busy and the entertainment was watching the waitstaff joke around with each other while ignoring my family. Worst dining experience on the resort.

We were met at the door by Jose - he is a quintessential Maitre D,, who gave us the best corner window seat in the restaurant. For tableside service in this restaurant I cannot praise Grey enough!! She is amazing and is always attentive to every one of your needs - before you even know you have that need. The rest of the team consists of Karina, Angel, Fernando and Gennaro - they are all amazing and check with you frequently to make sure that you have everything you could possibly need and more ♡
J	Jenn Quinn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast at Los Lirios was always delicious and we loved to have lunch on the deck while taking a break from the pool or beach! Dinner was also very good. The staff is what makes this restaurant though! They all are friendly and go out of their way to do their best for you. We would especially like to recognize Isidro, Grey and Brita - they put up with our broken Spanish and even taught us a few things, were great servers and treated us as friends. They really made our stay special!
