★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, Giuseppe "Pepe" - the Manager - and his outstanding crew went above and beyond for our family today. In addition to outstanding cuisine, his hospitality and attention to some special dietary requests (here in the middle of the Bay of Cancun) was more than we've ever experienced, but even back home. Highly recommend the food, and service and atmosphere. We tripped on the place by accident - only to learn that #TripAdvisor gives this a top rating...well deserved. Again, highly recommend #LosMariscosDeHumo when you are trippin' the #IslaMuhjeres!

Los Mariscos is smack in the middle of downtown and it has a very euthentic look. We were originally heading to a different restaurant when we passed by Los Mariscos and had to stop there instead. We were not disappointed as the food was awesome and the live Mexican music started about 7:30pm. It's definitely a new favorite of ours and we'll be back.
Special Mention: Fantastic guacamole, live mexican music
Special Attention: Their red sauce is very hot.
Final Thoughts: If you like listening to live Mexican music while you enjoy Mexican food, you can't go wrong with Los Mariscos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped by for a small snack and a patron suggested the fish tacos. They were absolutely delicious, some of the best we had eaten on the island. (Photo is of only one of the three tacos served because they were so good we wolfed the other two before I got a picture!) The original margarita was also the best we had on our trip. Ivan, our waiter, was excellent. We will definitely return to Isla Mujeres and to Los Mariscos de Huma

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a couple dishes we had were pretty good, like the aquachile (could be less sour) and octopus tacos (so tender and flavorful). the pepper stuffed with shrimp was a bit heavy and not our favorite dish even though it was supposedly the most popular. rice was not good and shrimp was bland. couldn’t finish it. and we didn’t get any complimentary chips/salsa or donut.
