No hay anfitrión más atento y servicial que don Arturo, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y dando los mejores consejos para disfrutar de toda la zona. El lugar está siempre limpio y adecentado, y su ubicación con respecto a la playa de zipolite y la cala del amor es absolutamente privilegiada. Más que recomendado si vas a visitar zipolite. Si lees este comentario, de nuevo muchas gracias por todo Arturo.
A wonderful place, and to feel at home. There is no host more attentive and helpful than Don Arturo, always willing to help and giving the best advice to enjoy the whole area. The place is always clean and well groomed, and its location with respect to the zipolite beach and the cove of love is absolutely privileged. More than recommended if you are going to visit zipolite. If you read this comment, again thank you very much for everything Arturo.

Pero el servicio del Señor ARTURO; PESIMO.
Primero: en el segundo Día de alquiler se me acuso de rasgar un pabellón; el cual desde el día que llegue ya se encontraba así. A lo que el un poco enojado me dice de forma seca y descalificadora "para MI ustedes fueron" ??? Yo vengo a vacacionar no a generarme molestias.
Segundo: el día de check out me aborda frente a la puerta de mi habitación para decirme: "me desocupan la habitación a las 12 EHH!" con un tono de voz con el cual no deberías hablarle al cliente ni a nadie que no te este molestando. No recomiendo ese lugar el encargado es muy grosero y mal hablado y al parecer tiene algo en contra de la gente Mexicana ya que hacía comentaríos cómo "vete a nezahualcoyotl a vacacionar" de manera muy whitexican. meu deus
