You can tell he really cares about the ingredients, the product that he's providing, and it's even clearer the moment you take your first bite. Serving a montano (northern mexican dish) in a convenient spot in Playa. Looks like a quesadilla but eaten like a taco. All the ingredients (pico, sauces, salsa, peppers) are made and spiced in-house. For 90 pesos, you really can't get better. Worth a visit, highly recommend.

I explained this to him, and to my surprise he went out of his way to BUY corn tortillas for me so that I could enjoy their food as my travel mates were. This place was so yummy and amazing and I recommend to anyone visiting playa del Carmen!

Fresh ingredients and a bit more quiet from the 5ta Av. buzz Highly recommended if you’re looking for some Mexican comfort food.

It was a refreshing change of taste from the normal Mexican food I’ve been having. The ingredients were flavourful and fresh. It’s like a quesadilla and a taco fusion. Very authentic. The portion is hugeeee, I was stuffed after. Owner is also so friendly. An interesting experience and I recommend it for anyone in the area to give this a try ! ??
