★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are looking for a large house with a pool in town and stopped to see a three bedroom with studio that was coming available very soon. It was being completely remodeled and definitely on it's way to a fresh new look. The rooms aré very large, it has an outdoor patio and small yard, large kitchen with breakfast bar, air conditioning, two and a half bathrooms, plus a lot of storage. The grounds of the coto are immaculate with yeah med lawns, manicured shrubs and trees, plus a common pool and recreation area for BBQ or parties. Prices were in line with the neighborhood which is adjoining Fluvial, but we just started looking and are being shown a five bedroom in the same general area later this week.
