★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was just there this past week 2/21/20. The hotel is not pet friendly and the front desk was charging me for "towel cards" that we never received, luckily my dad was able to get the charge dismissed and I repeatedly told the woman in the front desk I did not receive them she insisted I did, pretty much calling me out to be a liar which I'm not. Since my dog was not allowed my mom stayed in our house, we were only here for a wedding so luckily we had our house as a back up for my dog. Pool closed at 10pm so we couldn't swim after that. Our room's electronic lock did not work twice so we had maintenance fix it twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was amazing. 3 bedroom with a bathroom in every room. Kitchen had everything I needed. Stove, coffee machine, blender, large fridge, and multiple cabinets to store food, snacks, etc. At the restaurant the service, and food were absolutely the best. Waiter was kind and knew what he was doing. Finally for pool/beach, it too was great. Overall a really pleasurable stay here. I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends who plan on coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rooms are rather small but cozy, its not too pricey and the pool is pretty great, all rooms have AC and most have a safe and WI-FI however the internet speed is pretty bad. The beach here has almost no waves or current which may be a plus to some and a bad thing for others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. The pools are clean. Just in front of the beach. They have a slide in the inside pool, perfect for children. The reception was not very good, but after talking to the manager he was helpful enough. Keep the towels number at hand. The suites have everything you could need to cook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place gorgeous. Very well groomed and clean. The front desk answered all our questions. 3 stars you ask? The room doors needed a key on both sides I could technically lock my friend in and leave. There is no phone in the room, nor is there any type of fridge, in our room at least. The restaurant was not that great. My order was screwed up most of the time. When it was good it was pretty good. Some of the staff tried really hard. I ordered a hot dog one day, this item needs to be corrected or removed it was terrible. I would recommend this place. And it wouldn't take much for them to move up a star or two.
