★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No había tenido la ocasión de comer las "Costras" más por desconocimiento que por intención.
Este lugar tiene una buena variedad de costras. Acabó de aprender que es queso manchego a la parrilla con rellenos de carne o bien longaniza o si se prefiere de camarones. Posteriormente se monta sobre una tortilla de maíz pudiendo agregar alguna salsa picante obteniendo una balanceada mezcla de ingredientes resultando un agradable sabor.
Si no se te antoja puedes optar por tacos tradicionales así como algunas quesadillas.
La carne puede ser cerdo, bistec, arrachera, pollo aunque en la carta aparece carne al pastor físicamente no está disponible.
Pudiendo pedir ademas longaniza , camarones o bien combinaciones de carnes
Incluso ofrecen tortillas de harina. También costras y tacos para veganos
En cuanto a bebidas refrescos y aguas frescas.
Felizmente los precios son económicos.
He had not had the chance to eat the "Crusts" more by ignorance than by intention.
This place has a good variety of scabs. You have just learned that it is grilled Manchego cheese with meat fillings or sausage or if you prefer shrimp. Subsequently it is mounted on a corn tortilla being able to add some spicy sauce obtaining a balanced mixture of ingredients resulting in a pleasant flavor.
If you do not fancy you can opt for traditional tacos as well as some quesadillas.
The meat can be pork, steak, flank steak, chicken although meat appears to the pastor physically not available.
You can also order sausage, shrimp or combinations of meats
They even offer flour tortillas. Also scabs and tacos for vegans
As for soft drinks and fresh waters.
Fortunately the prices are cheap.
