F	Flor De Dalia Sanchez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal lugar,tras estarme hospedando mas de 5 años en este lugar asta 2 veses por año, éstas de 15,22 dias, asta un mes,renovando todos los dias la habitacion por 24 hras,(de $340) diarios por cada habitacion,en está ocacion con mas de 2 semanas de estancia, una de las empleadas del lugar,al hacer el haceo de mi habitacion, me robo de adentro de mi bolso un perfume,a lo que yo al percatarme de lo sucedido puse mi queja en la recepcion,a lo que la encargada del hotel me resolvió a los 2 dias despues, diciendome que a la empleada se le quebró mi perfume,lo cual ella,no tenía porque haber esculcado mi bolso para sacarlo y quebrarsele,ovio no le convenia decir que me lo robó porque el cuarto no olía a perfume,quisieron hacerlo ver como un descuido o accidente de la empleada, cuando en realidad fué un robo,la encargada me repuso otro perfume igual,que resultó ser imitacion del "SIREN" pero me dijo que ya no me podría rentar mas la habitacion, escusandose de que utilizaba la habitacion como departamento y no como Motel de paso ???‍♀ (Siendo que está publicado tambien como HOTEL) Que estas eran las ordenes del patrón,a lo cual pedimos hablar con él, por telefono o directamente y se negaron, diciendo que los huespedes no teniamos que hablar con nadie del personal ni con el dueño y negandose a renovar la habitacion nuevamente,aclaro que en esta ocacion rentamos 2 habitaciones y solo las usabamos para dormir de noche y hacearnos, en el día nunca estabamos ahí Very bad place, after staying for more than 5 years in this place up to 2 times per year, these of 15.22 days, up to one month, renewing every day the room for 24 hours, (of $ 340) per day for each room, in this occasion with more than 2 weeks of stay, one of the employees of the place, when doing the making of my room, I steal a perfume inside my bag, to which I realized what happened and put my complaint in the reception, which the manager of the hotel resolved me to 2 days later, telling me that the employee broke my perfume, which she, had not to have sculpted my bag to remove and break, ovio not agree to say that I stole it because the room did not smell like perfume, they wanted to make it look like a carelessness or accident of the employee, when in reality it was a robbery, the attendant replaced me with another perfume, which turned out to be an imitation of "SIREN" but told me that I could not rent the room anymore, excusing myself that I was using the abitacion as a department and not as a passing motel ???♀ (Being that it is also published as HOTEL) That these were the orders of the employer, to which we asked to speak with him, by phone or directly and refused, saying that the guests did not have to talk to anyone of the staff or the owner and refusing to renew the room again, I clarify that in this occasion we rented 2 rooms and we only used them to sleep at night and to make ourselves, in the day we were never there

Ni agua caliente tienen ya . Salí de bañarme estuve unos minutos sin sandalias y mis pies peor que si anduviera en la calle. This was my favorite motel, I liked it when I came to visit Tecoman, only now they have terrible service, very bad hygiene, I do not recommend it. They don't have hot water anymore. I came out of bathing, I was a few minutes without sandals and my feet worse than if I were walking in the street.
J	John Klenota on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice big rooms and low prices (290 for 24 hours). The beds are big are pretty comfortable. There are no keys and anyone can enter the garage anytime. Even though it appears to be a new place it wasn't cleaned properly and smelled bad.
