Los Portales.. como empezar, este lugar esta ubicado en el centro de Puebla al rededor del zocalo, se construyeron de 1852 a 1901 aproximadamente. Pertenecen al ambito Social y Economico. En los portales existen  una gran variedad de bares, cafés y restaurantes en donde se puede disfrutar de las delicias poblanas mientras se contempla las idas y venidas de lugareños y visitantes. Se encuntran tres Portales: El de Hidalgo tambien antes llamado portal de la audiencia, El Portal de Iturbide situado sobre la calle que pasa por el frente de la Catedral, conocida actualmente como 16 de Septiembre. Al mirar con atención el edificio ubicado al centro, se podrá observar dos esculturas de leones que rematan su fachada, y el Portal de Morelos Ubicado sobre la actual 2 Sur, llamado antiguamente "de las Flores", en 1852  cuando se le nombró Portal Morelos, en honor a este héroe nacional de la independencia. La importancia en de estos en la época colonial fue política, este lugar actualmente es amplio y se puede disfrutar de una buena tarde con tu familia y amigos ahí, buenas recomendaciones. First we left the school to travel for the zocalo later in the zocalo we saw the “Portales”. After that took photos of the place and ate fish and finally we went to the house.

Worst exchange office. They didn’t exchange our American bills because they had a stain on them.

the best attention ever ! this place is very SAFE !!, located at the center of this beautiful medieval Town, Great service , kind people, they exchange my money very fast at the best rate.....we love it!

Yeah, if your dollar bills are not in pristine condition, you will not be able to exchange them for pesos. Those are the rules here (you've been warned), so if you want to be able to exchange all your dollars, I definitely recommend another place.

Excellent service and Competitive prices. They accept USD , Euros , Canadian Dollars and British Pounds. Your bills must be in good condition to sell to them , they don't want your dirty or torn money. The business name is actually Los Portales It is located up the stairs and down the hallway that is inbetween to the hotel and an OXXO Tell them Pancho Villa sent you!

Very poor customer service. I stopped here on the afternoon of April 14 2022 and the women was very rude and refused to exchange my US dollars, displaying a clear sign of xenophobia as another money exchange place had no issues exchanging them into pesos. Do not support this business!
