★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He de confesar que no me consideraba fan de la birria, pero la propuesta de Los Primates me gustó muchísimo. Su birria de res estilo Baja es una de las dos mejores que he probado.
Fue muy grato ver que tenía bastante carnita y bien sazonada. Además viene acompañado de tortillas, limones, cebolla y salsa de la casa, que también está sabrosa.
De hecho unos días después me hice unas flautas en casa con la carne que me sobró del fin de semana y uff!!! Sin lugar a dudas es una gran opción. ¡Amén a la Birria de Los Primates!
I have to confess that I did not consider myself a fan of birria, but I really liked the proposal of Los Primates. Their Baja style beef birria is one of the two best I've ever had.
It was very nice to see that it had plenty of carnita and well seasoned. It also comes accompanied by tortillas, lemons, onion and house sauce, which is also tasty.
In fact a few days later I made some flutes at home with the meat that I had left over from the weekend and uff! Without a doubt it is a great option. Amen to the Birria de Los Primates!
